The Garmin PRO 550 Plus Training and Tracking System is a revolutionary e-collar training system that takes everything we love about the PRO 550 and adds tracking abilities to it. The Garmin Astro 430 is the newest generation of GPS tracking systems for sporting dogs. Garmin took the Astro 320 and improved upon its features to produce a truly great tracking only system. I had a very memorable hunt with my 14 year old son, Hunter recently. Pheasants Forever conducts a youth hunt annually to keep the sport alive and in front of our youth. Tim Rowan the Youth coordinator for this specific hunt takes great pride in his chapter North Central PA Chapter 630. Everyone was very welcoming and hospitable. When we arrived there was a booth with free food and beverages, a beautiful pheasant trailer where a volunteer taught your children how to properly clean their harvest, and each hunt was kicked off with a briefing by Tim around safety and respect for the dogs and their owners.

I have worked for Lion Country Supply for almost two years now. Customers tell us all the time here at Lion Country Supply that the existing TT15 is a little large and heavy for smaller breeds. Well Garmin has solved that problem with the TT15 Mini.

The new T5 mini has a smaller physical size as you can see compared to the original T5. The collar strap can fit down to a 9.5 inch neck. It has a lighter weight at 7 ounces. compared to 9 ounces with the original T5 collar. It also has a sleep mode, which allows you to shut the collar on and off from the hand held, allowing you to conserve battery life. You can also turn the beacon lights on and off from the hand held.
