Staff Review for Gerber Game Shears

A good quality game shear is a must have item for small game hunters, and the Gerber Take-A-Part Game Shears fill that need quite nicely. They are constructed with high impact plastic handles and surgical stainless steel blades. The blades are heavy duty and the handles are designed to give you maximum leverage for cutting through bones. I've separated hundreds of squirrel hip bones with mine, and they are still going strong. When it's time for clean up the handles/blades separate for easy cleaning, and they are dishwasher safe. A handy belt sheath is also included if you like to carry the shears in the field.
