Happy Jack Mitex
Happy Jack Dog Mitexis a liquid treatment for ear mites in dogs and cats. It is available in half ounce bottles, which is enough to treat several dogs.
When one of my dogs started scratching his ears and doing a lot of head shaking and a quick look in his ears showed some crusty brown discharge I knew it was time to treat him for ear mites. I bought a bottle of the Happy Jack Mitex. After about 5 days of once a day treatments the itching and head shaking had gone away. I followed that up with a thorough cleaning with Pet-Otic ear was, and Brutus has been trouble free.
Overall I think that the Mitex is a very easy to use and effective product. My only complaint is the size of the print on the instructions. I have very good eyesight and still needed a magnifier to read it clearly, but that was a small sacrifice to make for my dog's comfort.

I think there should be a printout of directions to go with this Mitex. I have eyesight problem and the only person who had a magnifying glass was not close to me and I can no longer drive. Therefore I have drops that I do not know how to use. My dog is a Chiaweenie. He is small. I can’t use them because I do not know how many drops per ear or anything else. So he will suffer again tonight till I can find someone who can come and read it for me. I would happy if someone could help me. Thank You!!
